What the campaign does with your information.
Short version: we keep what you send us, we use it to reply and to run the campaign, and we don’t sell it to anyone.
What we collect
Only what you give us. If you email or call the campaign, we hold your name, your contact details and whatever you told us, a sign request, an issue on your street, an offer to volunteer. This website has no sign-up form and no account system.
Why we hold it
To reply to you, to deliver or collect a lawn sign, to organize volunteers, and to follow up on issues residents raise. If you make a contribution, the campaign is required to record it and issue a receipt under the Municipal Elections Act.
What we never do
We do not sell, rent or trade your information. We do not share it with other campaigns, parties or commercial organizations. We do not add you to a mailing list because you emailed us about something else.
Who can see it
Members of the Jo Morphy Campaign Team who need it to do the thing you asked for. Contribution records are disclosed where election law requires, in the campaign’s public financial statement.
How long we keep it
Working contact details are deleted after the campaign closes, except records the campaign is legally required to retain, principally contribution and financial records, which are kept for the period set out in provincial legislation.
Cookies and analytics
This site is built as plain pages and does not set advertising or tracking cookies. If basic visit statistics are added later, this page will say so and will name the tool used.
Email links
Every button and contact link on this site opens an email or a phone call from your own device. Nothing you type is submitted to this website, it goes to the campaign inbox as ordinary email.
Third-party links
Where this site links to the Town of Gravenhurst or another organization, their privacy practices apply once you leave, not this policy.

To ask what the campaign holds about you, to correct it, or to be removed from any list, email joanne.m@rogers.com or call (905) 479-8927. Requests are handled by the campaign team, not by the Town of Gravenhurst.
